“At the UN climate meeting back in 2009 in Copenhagen (COP 15), we became more aware of the negative impact of bottled water on our environment. We felt that something had to be done. We set our minds to designing a bottle especially made for drinking tap water. One year and many designs later, in the summer of 2010, we released the Retap Bottle, and we are very proud of this sustainable and beautiful product,” explains Lars Br\u00f8ndum Petersen, one of the founders.<\/p>\n
Since then, more bottle sizes and bottle accessories have been added to the product range, along with a carafe. The latest innovation, Retap Flavour, was released during the fall of 2023 and has already become a major success. Retap products are sold in more than 60 countries worldwide. The main office is located in Agerskov, Denmark.<\/p>\n

In 2019, as we celebrated our 10th anniversary, it was clear that our initial idea of creating a sustainable water bottle was just the beginning.
