Retap’s product warranty known as “The Lifetime Warranty” will no longer be valid (will expire) from 1st of June 2022. Purchases made before this date are still covered by the warranty.
If you have a broken product, that has been purchased before 1st of June 2022 please send an email to email@example.com and include a picture of your broken product and purchase receipt. We will then send you a new product (standard shipping fees apply).
Please notice that the Lifetime Warranty is only valid within the EU (+ Switzerland & Macedonia). If you have purchased your product outside this region we are not able to supply you with a new product.
The warranty covers one range, meaning that the warranty can only be used once, per broken product.
