(i) Retap may provide Personal Information about you to MailChimp through the Service. Device information: MailChimp collects information about the device and applications you use to access emails sent through their Service, such as your IP address, your operating system, your browser ID, and other information about your system and connection.
(iii) From time to time, MailChimp may obtain information about you from third-party sources, such as social media platforms, and third-party data providers. MailChimp uses the information to provide publicly available social media information about you to Retap.

MailChimp and their third-party partners may use various technologies to automatically collect and store certain device and usage information when you interact with Retap’s email campaigns or connected webshop. This can include using cookies and similar tracking technologies, such as pixels and web beacons. For example, MailChimp uses web beacons in the emails they send on behalf of Retap. When you receive and engage with Retap’s campaign, web beacons track certain behavior such as whether the email sent through the Mailchimp platform was delivered and opened and whether links within the email were clicked. Both web beacons and SDKs allows MailChimp to collect information such as your IP address, browser, email client type, and other similar data as further described above. They use this information to measure the performance of Retap’s email campaigns, and to provide analytics information and enhance the effectiveness of their Service.

Being a customer, you are entitled to access your collected data categories (articles 15, 16 and 17) and you may object to the registration pursuant to the relevant rules in the EU legislation General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If your request is found appropriate, we will update, change or remove personal information that we control with reservation against violating any legislation.
