These sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods at for delivery in Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal (Madeira and the Azores excluded), Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (Canary Islands, Andorra, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla excluded), Sweden and the UK.

Acknowledgement of your order receipt and confirmation

Whenever you order an item from us, we will send a receipt by email to show your order has been received. However, the sales contract is only binding when you have received an order confirmation / sales receipt from us.

Shipping and Tracking

We ship your order within 1-2 business days from we receive your order and you can expect to receive your Retap parcel within 2-7 business days. When you place an order you receive a confirmation email. When your order has been shipped we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a unique GLS tracking number so you can follow the progress of your parcel.

We accept Mastercard and Visa or Bank Transfer. In Denmark we also accept Mobilepay. When placing your order, the full amount is reserved on your account by Retap and payment is debited from your card only at the time of dispatch. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

Cancellation of your order may cancel your order if it is not possible to deliver the ordered product. You will be informed if such a situation occurs and any payment or reservation made using a means of payment will be returned / cancelled.

14-day cancellation period

When you shop with you have 14 days to cancel your purchase and return the product to us. The right of cancellation is applicable from the date when you receive the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days from reception of the product. Returning of goods

Before you return the goods, you should make sure that they are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package / products until we receive them, this is why we recommend that you keep the receipt from the courier and, if applicable, the track and trace number.

The goods must be returned in the original packaging.

If you decide to cancel the purchase, you must pay the costs of returning the items.

Documentation of your purchase
You must attach a copy of the order confirmation or other documentation from your purchase.

When we receive the goods, we will check them and you will be refunded the amount paid to us within 14 days.

The amount is always transferred to the same means of payment used for the purchase. If for example you paid by card, the purchase amount is reversed to the payment card you used for the purchase.

You may loose your purchase amount, in whole or in part. This happens if the product is impaired or damaged because

·       you have used the products

·       the products were damaged while you were responsible for them

Complaints and Warranty

Your purchase from is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including rules regarding defects. By the 20-08-2018 the Danish Sales of Goods Act includes 24 month of Warranty of any defects on our products.This means that you can either have a faulty product replaced or receive a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use of the product or other incorrect conduct.

You must make your claim as soon as possible and within 2 months after discovering the defect.
Retap is responsible for the product defects if they are detected before the lapse of two years counted from the date when the product was delivered to your address.

To assess your claim, we will ask you to do the following:

1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect occurred. Please note that you should contact us as soon as you discover the defect.

2. To document the defect you must send minimum 2 photos together with the description. The defect must be clear on at least one of the photos. Additionally, make sure that your photos show the entire product, from the front and back.

3. Send the photos via email to

5. After we receive your photos, we will handle your claim as soon as possible.

Vouchers/discount codes

Periodically we offer discount codes as part of our marketing. These codes are only valid for a limited time and may be subject to special conditions. The codes may be limited for use with specific products.

In order to use a discount code, you need to buy for the specified minimum amount. Otherwise the difference will not be refunded. Any discount code must be entered in the buying process before you pay for the order. You cannot get credit if you forget to enter a discount code before the order is placed. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Any discount codes are transferable and can be used by the bearer. The codes have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, vouchers or similar.

We are entitled to cancel the discount code, to cancel the order for which the discount code was used and to block your ability to use permanently in case of fraud, attempted fraud or in cases of suspected illegal activity in connection with the redemption of vouchers.

Personal data

In order to shop at you must give the following information:

·       Telephone / mobile number

The above data is stored together with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates. The information is subsequently deleted. See Danish Accounting Act § 10.

When you make a purchase, we will automatically generate a “My Account”. In “My Account” you can log in and find your order history, both new and previous orders as well as changing your settings.

  • From cookies when you visit our websites; e.g. IP address, country, viewed pages, viewed categories, interaction/clicks and searches.

The purpose of collecting the information serves different areas:

  • Obligations. To fulfil our obligation to you as a customer or user of our service, such as purchase, invoicing, customer service and “My Account”.
  • Customer service. To be able to perform customer service via “My Account”, email or phone. To handle questions relating to your order or previous orders, adjust errors and to guide the customer.
  • Marketing. To display inspiration and product offers/services via web, email, text message, direct mail, phone and via 3rd party advertising.
  • Customer experience. To improve the customer experience.
  • Fraud & risk. To prevent fraud and perform risk assessment.
  • Legislation. To comply with existing legislation.
